Guidelines; Applying Energy Retrofit/Renewables to Potentially Historic Homes for Energy Upgrade California – Sonoma County. Spearheaded effort to implement May 2010 Programmatic Agreement with OHP, EPA, CSD, Ca. Energy Commission, DOE, County of Sonoma, local environmental jurisdictions and over 20 local preservation organizations – 2010. Program coordination with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation in Washington DC in 2011.
